Mariseal® 450

MARISEAL® 450 is a premium,
one-component, liquid-applied, flexible,
solvent-based, aliphatic polyurethane
membrane, used for long-lasting
waterproofing.
Cold applied and cold curing, ground &
air moisture-cured, offers exceptional
UV stability and resistance to mechanical
exposure.
Based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic
aliphatic polyurethane resins, which result
in excellent mechanical, chemical,
thermal, UV and natural element resistance
properties.

MARISEAL® 450 is used for the
waterproofing of balconies, terraces
and verandas, for the protection
of polyurethane high density foam
insulation (in case of pedestrian use, only
with fabric) and the waterproofing and
protection of concrete constructions.
