MARIFAST® 570 is a premium, two-component,
liquid and cold-applied, solvent-
based, modified polyurea membrane,
used for long lasting waterproofing.
It provides a quick drying time, allowing
most projects to be completed within one
day. It does not require special application
equipment and forms a blister-free,
non-penetrating, against-moisture film,
with zero water absorption.
It is based on elastomeric hydrophobic
resins, which result in excellent mechanical,
chemical, thermal, and natural element
resistance properties. Application of
top-coat (MARISEAL® 400 or MARISEAL®
420) for UV protection, is mandatory.

MARIFAST® 570 is used for the waterproofing
of roofs, balconies, terraces,
verandas, pedestrian and vehicular traffic
decks, old bitumen felts, asphalt felts,
EPDM & PVC membranes and old acrylic
coatings and for the protection of polyurethane
foam insulation.
